Gooey Chocolate S’mores Sliders

Indulge in the cozy feeling of a campfire with these mouthwatering baked s'mores sliders. These delightful treats elevate the classic s'mores ingredients, creating a uniquely toasty and delightful experience.

Ingredients

SLIDERS:

  • 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls, halved horizontally

  • 6 jumbo marshmallows, halved horizontally

  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

FILLING:

  • 4 full sheets of graham crackers, coarsely crushed

  • 1 cup chocolate chunks

TOPPER:

  • 2 full sheets of graham crackers, finely crushed

  • 1 tablespoon white sugar

  • 1 tablespoon melted butter

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Arrange Hawaiian roll bottoms in a 9x13-inch baking pan.

  3. Stir coarsely crushed graham crackers and chocolate chunks in a bowl to make a filling. Top the rolled bottoms with the filling and marshmallow halves. 

  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 6 minutes. Remove from oven and add roll tops. Brush with two tablespoons of melted butter.

  5. For the topping, stir finely crushed graham crackers, 1 tablespoon sugar, and 1 tablespoon butter together in a bowl; sprinkle the rolls with the topping.

  6. Bake until heated through, about 5 minutes more. Serve immediately.

    Sweet & Salty S’mores Sliders

    FILLING: 24 thin pretzel crackers plus 1/4 cup caramel sauce.

    TOPPER: Flaky sea salt

    Nutty Banana S’mores Sliders

    FILLING: 2/3 cup creamy natural peanut butter plus two sliced bananas plus 1 cup chocolate chunks.

    TOPPER: Chopped raw peanuts
