Madeline

The story of twelve little girls in two straight lines, the smallest one being Madeline, was my favorite book growing up. It was probably because the book and I have the same name. Back then, I didn’t know anyone else with that name. And Madeline was the smallest like I was growing up so I could definitely relate to her. But unlike me, Madeline was very brave. It gave me encouragement to be more confident.
